We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants on behalf of a specialist education setting in Slough. This role offers meaningful, hands‑on experience with children and young people who have autism, communication differences, sensory needs and learning disabilities. You will be part of a small class team, providing personalised support to help pupils develop independence, emotional regulation, communication skills and confidence.

This role gives you direct experience in safeguarding, advocacy and supporting vulnerable individuals, skills that are essential in social care and social work.
