Qualifications

• Prepare and cook menu to spec in a busy open kitchen.
• Maintain high quality and consistency of dishes.
• Master the Zizzi menu and specs for fast service during rushes.
• Keep kitchen clean and follow food safety procedures to high standard.
• Work with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and energetic.
