Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions and workplace assessments to assigned learners.
• Develop and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
• Ensure compliance with Award Body regulations and internal quality processes.

Skills

Occupational experience within the Children & Young People sector

Strong organisational and communication skills

Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently

IT literate with good record-keeping skills

Flexible, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure

Education

Willingness to work towards an Assessor Award (e.g., CAVA)
