A progressive educational recruitment agency is looking for an Aspiring Art Therapist to work in a friendly primary school in Hounslow. The successful candidate will support students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, particularly those with mild special educational needs. A background in Arts, Drama, or Music is essential, as well as prior experience working with children. Creativity and the ability to engage students are key for this role.

A super friendly Primary School based in Hounslow are looking to recruit a confident and creative Aspiring Art Therapist to support students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.

We're specifically looking for candidates with an Arts, Drama & Musical background, who have some previous experience working with children as well as the ability to engage students using creative and artistic methods.

What will this Aspiring Art Therapist position involve?
  • Working with students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 (EYFS / Reception - Year 6)
  • Will involve supporting students with mild SEN (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Speech & Language issues)
  • Small group and 1 : 1 work
  • Using creativity and imagination to engage students with the primary curriculum
