KEE Group is a successful, family-owned business based in Welshpool, Perth. KEE Surfacing, our largest division, is known for its superior spray seal, profiling, and asphalt crews, and has built the reputation as the industry’s best in WA. Due to continued success and rapid growth, our business has opportunities for reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic personnel to join our team.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the Asphalt industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance to meet and exceed agreed targets
  • Successful track record with planning, organising, and time management
  • Effective supervision of personnel, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willing to undergo Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen test
  • Availability for ad hoc weekend work and work away
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (tickets preferred)
  • A strong ‘team player’ with the proven positive attitude to work well with others

Full time position – minimum 80 hours per fortnight with available overtime

Excellent remuneration & Fortnightly pay

Excellent working conditions with a new purpose-built depot coming in mid 2026
