Overview

Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled ASHP/GSHP Install Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Installation of renewable energy systems, ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.
The successful candidate will have
  • Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
  • F-Gas Qualified
  • Full UK Driving License (less than 6 points)
  • Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
