Job summary

Weareoa is seeking an Assembly Line Operative in Luton to join our client's manufacturing team. This full-time position operates on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with five days on a shift pattern.

Morning shift runs 6:00–14:30 and Evening shift runs 14:30–23:00. You will operate production machinery, perform quality checks on products, feed materials into machines and assist with lifting ingredients into the equipment.

• Previous assembly line experience.
• Experience with factory machinery.
• Good communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Role: Assembly Line Operative

Location: Luton

Hours: Full time – rotational shift Monday to Sunday – 5 day shift requirement. Morning shift 6am till 2:30pm / Evening shift 2:30-11pm

Salary: £13.50 per hour
