Rhondda Cynon Taf Access and Inclusion Service seeks a qualified teacher to lead a Learning Support Class (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) at Porth Community School. The role is 0.4FTE, permanently based in a mainstream setting with ALN support and a small team of LSAs.

The successful candidate will have ASD experience, undertake specialist development, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive practice within the school and wider council services.

Qualificações

• Experience of working with pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
• Requires specialist professional development; willing to undertake training if needed.
• Ability to work as part of a small team with LSAs in a mainstream school.

Responsabilidades

• Support approximately 8 pupils from Reception to Year 2.
• Work in a mainstream school with one teacher and two Learning Support Assistants.
• Based at Porth Community School and contribute to ALN provision.
