Our client are continuing their exciting growth journey across the South of England and are now looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and develop their expanding team. As Technical Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Southern operations. You’ll lead, mentor and inspire a talented technical team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest industry standards.
Your responsibilities will range from day-to-day operational management to strategic business development. You’ll oversee a variety of projects including asbestos surveys, analytical works and removal programmes, while ensuring full compliance with ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 standards.
Collaboration will be key to your success. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the national network to deliver exceptional service and uphold their reputation for quality, integrity and reliability.
You’ll bring a strong background in the asbestos industry and a passion for leadership and quality. You’ll be confident managing both people and projects, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance technical oversight with commercial awareness.
