Our client is a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy offering a variety of professional services nationwide. Due to recent growth, they are looking for an experienced and hard‑working Asbestos Technical Administrator based in or around Leeds. The successful candidate will support technical managers and will have previous experience scheduling and booking works, providing quotes, and asbestos report checking. Holding P402 and/or P401 is beneficial but not essential; further training can be provided. Applications from Bradford, Wakefield, Barnsley, and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Good educational background.
  • Ideally holds P402 and/or P401.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience scheduling asbestos site staff on a national scale.
  • Hands‑on experience overseeing asbestos contracts.
  • Previous administration experience within the asbestos industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks, including booking appointments and filing time sheets.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Liaise with staff and clients regularly.
  • Enter data, analyse and check reports.
  • Complete and upload asbestos surveying reports.
  • Deal with internal and external databases.
  • Answer the phone and address any issues effectively.
