Job Description

Our client is a well-regarded asbestos consultancy providing a range of asbestos services to a nationwide client base. Due to a recent expansion they are looking to recruit a committed and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Leeds area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveying duties on a range of site types. Offer progression into the P403/4. Consideration will be given to applications from Wakefield, Bradford, Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Attained the P402 asbestos certificate or equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Well versed with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Can offer training into the P403/4 and long‑term PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
• Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels.
• Maintaining and building a strong relationship with clients.
• Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
