Our client is a national environmental consultancy, who provide the full range of compliance duties to long-standing contracts across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to cover contracts across the Yorkshire area. The successful candidate will hold a proven track record of delivering management, demolition & refurbishment surveys to commercial, industrial, and local authority sites.

Applications will be considered from: Barnsley, Bradford, Castleford, Chesterfield, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
• Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
• Will hold extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.

The Role:

• Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
• Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
• Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
