Job description

This well-established and successful asbestos company who provide an array of professional services to clients nationwide is now looking for a hard-working and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their busy team working on various contracts in and around the Bromley area.

Applications from Sevenoaks, Mitcham, Grays, Dartford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• The applicant must hold the P402 certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Will need experience in asbestos surveying within the asbestos industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
• We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a wide variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
• Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive reports.
• Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
