Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
• Good working knowledge of HSG 248 and HSG 264 guidelines.
• Signed off to work on both commercial and domestic premises.

Responsibilities

• Undertake management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys.
• Safely collect asbestos samples from site.
• Write bespoke technical survey reports, including floorplans.
• Conduct 4 stage clearances.
• Carry out full range of air testing.
• Meet with clients to provide technical advice.
