Job Overview

Our client is a well‑regarded asbestos consultancy servicing a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK. They are recruiting an experienced, multi‑skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Llandudno area. Ideal applicants should hold the P402/3/4 certificates and have extensive experience conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring duties on a variety of site types. Applications from Llanrhos, Colwyn Bay, Rhyl and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
  • Significant experience in asbestos surveying, air‑testing/air‑monitoring within the asbestos industry.
  • Experience managing own workload and providing consultancy services to clients is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fully conversant with Health & Safety procedures related to asbestos.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out asbestos 4‑stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing on various properties.
  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial sites.
  • Oversee asbestos contractors on site, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
  • Collate and produce asbestos reports as required.
  • Establish and maintain a good working rapport with the company’s portfolio of clients.
