• Significant experience in asbestos surveying and air testing.
• Experience in managing own workload and providing consultancy.
• Full knowledge of Health & Safety procedures regarding asbestos.

Responsibilities

• Conducting 4 stage clearances and various air testing on properties.
• Performing management and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
• Overseeing on-site asbestos contractors ensuring safety compliance.
• Producing asbestos reports as required.
• Maintaining rapport with clients.
