Our client is a leading name within the asbestos sector and services a varied portfolio of clients throughout the UK. Due to recent contract wins, they are currently recruiting for an experienced and hard‑working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Crewe area. Consideration will be given to applications from Macclesfield, Stoke‑on‑Trent, Chester, Northwich and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Experience working in an asbestos surveying/analyst role within the asbestos industry.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Excellent communication skills.

Role

• Carrying out asbestos 4‑stage clearances – smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing.
• Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
• Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
• Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
