Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally based in South Wales. You will be conducting the full range of asbestos surveys and analytical duties, across a range of commercial, domestic and local authority client sites. The role is within an industry‑leading Asbestos Consultancy, who have nationwide coverage and a reputation for offering great further development opportunities. It is essential that applicants have good hands‑on experience within the industry and will hold all BOHS/RSPH qualifications. Experience / Qualifications

• Will have obtained the P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Will have worked within a UKAS Accredited company
• Working knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Hardworking attitude
• IT literate

The Role

• Undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across commercial, domestic and local authority stock
• Collecting samples from site for analysis
• Conducting 4‑stage clearances and personal, background, reassurance, smoke and leak air testing
• Producing site‑specific technical reports
• Meeting with clients to discuss survey / analytical findings
• Working to set deadlines
• Ensuring asbestos removal projects run in accordance with HSE guidelines
• Wearing correct PPE at all times
