Job summary

APEC Environmental is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor or Dual-Role Surveyor/Analyst to join our Field Team in Sheffield. You will deliver management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys and, where applicable, air monitoring services across a range of sites to help clients manage asbestos risks in line with current legislation.

The role requires BHOS P402 or RSPH equivalent, at least 3 years' surveyor experience, TEAMS asbestos management system knowledge, and strong communication and

• BHOS P402 certified or RSPH equivalent (or analytical certs).
• 3+ years experience in Surveyor role.
• Experience with TEAMS asbestos management system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organised with a key eye for detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of various industries.
• Conduct bulk samplings as required.
• Compile and check reports.
• Participate in auditing and re-surveys as required.
• Liaise with clients and other internal departments.

Job Details
