They are on the hunt for a driven Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with experience carrying out 4‑stage clearances and completing surveys, liaising with clients in a professional manner and providing technical knowledge and advice. It is essential to be qualified with all BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and to have a successful track record working for a UKAS‑accredited company. Experience / Qualifications

• Acquired all BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
• Highly experienced within the Asbestos Industry
• Make use of IT software like Microsoft Office Package and TEAMS
• Comfortable liaising with clients
• Good literacy skills in order to write up detailed reports
• Adhere to company procedures, H&S requirements and set targets
• Strong technical knowledge such as types of asbestos

The Role

• Perform 4‑stage clearances
• Travel to client sites such as domestic, commercial, and industrial
• Conduct smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing on various properties
• Collect and store samples
• Prioritise workload
• Fulfil asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
• Retain compliance standards across removals projects
