Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: Our client is a reputable Asbestos company, providing the full range of asbestos works across the UK they are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Derby area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and will have extensive experience carrying out air monitoring and surveying duties on a mixed range of sites.

Applications will be considered from: Nottingham, Leicester, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Loughborough, Coventry, Worcester, Telford, Kidderminster, Long Eaton, Loughborough.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
• Will have full understanding of Health and Safety Legislations.
• Will ideally have previous experience working within the asbestos industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.

The Role

• Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a mixed range of sites.
• Carrying out 4 stage clearances: smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
• Supervising contractors on site and ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
• Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
