Future Select are currently working closely with a reputable and diverse Asbestos Consultancy who are now seeking to take on a qualified and driven Asbestos Surveyor. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a continuously growing Essex based company where they can continue to grow and expand their skill set and knowledge. You will be joining a team of longstanding surveyors and will be carrying out asbestos surveys across Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial properties. Experience & Qualifications

• Will hold industry relevant qualifications e.g. BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
• Experience working hands on for a reputable Asbestos Consultancy would be beneficial to the role.
• Must have up to date and relevant knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
• Ability to communicate efficiently.
• Excellent IT / literacy skills, able to confidently produce detailed and accurate reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
• Good work ethic, able to adapt to client and company needs.

The Role

• Consulting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in line with requirements.
• Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
• Ensuring to safely bag and correctly label materials that are suspected to contain asbestos.
• Sending materials suspected to contain asbestos for analysis.
• Keeping up to date with and carrying out work in accordance with HSG 264 guidelines.
• Working closely with clients, providing technical support and advice, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Carrying out surveys across Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial properties, ensuring work is completed in line with pre-agreed timelines.
• Producing detailed reports using information collected from site.
