Responsibilities

• Completing demolition, refurbishment and management surveys
• Collecting asbestos samples
• Wearing correct PPE and adhering to Health & Safety regulations
• Produce detailed reports, including floor plans and schematic drawings
• Prioritise workloads on a daily basis
• Meeting with clients to discuss findings
• Travelling in line with company requirements

Skills

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Enfield, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k DOE with the addition of Training & Benefits

This client has a well-established presence in the South East region and is currently recruiting for a skilled Asbestos Surveyor who has a conscientious work ethic. Candidates will need to be competent in order to spring into action upon joining the company, undertaking demolition, refurbishment and management surveys and liaising with clients to discuss the findings.
