Job summary

APEC Environmental is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join the Field Team in Chester. You will deliver management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across multiple sites and, where applicable, air monitoring services, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

The role requires BHOS P402 (or RSPH equivalent), 3+ years in surveying, and strong communication with clients. A UK driving licence is essential, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Surveyor role.
• Experience with TEAMS asbestos management system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organised, with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of various industries
• Conduct bulk samplings as required
• Compile and check reports
• Participate in auditing and re-surveys as required
• Liaise with clients and other internal departments
