Job summary

SOCOTEC UK is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to undertake surveys across various premises, liaise with clients and Project Managers, and submit accurate reports reflecting findings and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should hold BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying with strong knowledge of HSG 264 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The role offers flexible work arrangements within an Environment & Safety team that values growth and safe, sustainable workplaces.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in asbestos surveying, along with knowledge of HSG 264 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012), is essential to thrive in this position.

• Undertaking asbestos surveys of a broad range of premises

Qualifications

To be a successful Asbestos Surveyor, you should be able to demonstrate:

• BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying
