• Conduct air monitoring and visual re-inspection surveys.
• Produce detailed reports for clients using TEAMS/TRACKER.

Job description

We are working with an industry leading Asbestos player who have a national presence providing the full range of asbestos management services to Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Social Housing and Retail clients. They are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Site Analyst to cover contracts across the South East. You will be confident in delivering the full range of analytical services, working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines and ensuring to maintain the company’s high standard of work.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Newbury, Basingstoke, Woking, Andover, Winchester, Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Guildford, Reigate, Epsom, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Abingdon, Oxford, Aylesbuty, Luton, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere.

Experience & Qualifications

• Holding the BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH qualification is essential to the role.
• Will have experience working for an established Asbestos Company, working hands on as an analyst.
• Will have excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage workload in line with company / client needs.
• Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

The Role

• Carrying out 4 stage clearances across Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Social Housing and Retail sites.
• Smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air monitoring.
• Carrying out visual re-inspection surveys.
• Working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
• Gathering information from site and producing detailed reports for clients using TEAMS / TRACKER.
