Job summary

West Coast Thermal Ltd is recruiting a Site Supervisor to oversee safe asbestos removal across industrial, commercial and residential properties in Cumbria. You will coordinate tasks, ensure compliance with safety systems, and manage site records with a focus on high standards and timely delivery.

The role requires proven asbestos removal experience (minimum 2 years) and strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to supervise operatives and interface with clients and authorities.

• Manage safe access, egress and containment around worksites.
• Liaise with inspectors and clients as needed.
• Oversee material storage, PPE and waste handling.
