Job summary

Bradley Group is seeking experienced Asbestos Supervisors to oversee removal projects across the UK from our Preston sites. You will manage operatives on site, ensure works meet legislation and client requirements, and drive safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key duties include site inspections, toolbox talks, coordinating with project teams and clients, and maintaining thorough documentation. A strong safety mindset, leadership, and a full UK driving license with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Relevant asbestos industry qualifications and training.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation, HSE guidance and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos removal operatives on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, HSE guidance and approved plans of work.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
• Monitor operative performance and ensure the correct use of PPE and RPE.
• Complete site documentation, including site diaries, audits and relevant compliance records.
• Liaise with clients, site management and the wider project team.
• Identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure works are delivered to programme.

Bradley Group is looking for experienced and motivated Asbestos Supervisors to join our growing team and support the delivery of asbestos removal projects across the UK.

The Role

As an Asbestos Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with all relevant legislation, company procedures and client requirements.
