Our client is an established and successful company that provides a wide range of asbestos services and is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Project Manager based in and around the Plymouth area. Applications will be considered from Tavistock, Looe, Ivybridge and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Hold the P402 asbestos certificate or an RSPH equivalent.
  • Strong educational background in asbestos and project management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a project manager role within the asbestos industry essential.
  • Interest in holders of p401, p402, p403, p404 certificates or s301 CCP.
Role
  • Manage asbestos consultancy projects.
  • Ensure asbestos Health and Safety procedures are followed.
  • Assess potential contracts, estimate costs, and complete risk assessments and method statements.
  • Liaise regularly with the company’s clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and resolve issues effectively.
  • Produce and review technical reports and specifications.
  • Visit sites to carry out essential audits.
  • Plan abatement and survey works in accordance with current legislation.
