About the Role

This thriving asbestos company that has an outstanding reputation for providing professional and quality services to both private and public sectors across the UK is actively looking to employ a self‑driven Asbestos Operations Manager in Anglia.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Ideally will hold the CCP qualifications, although not a pre‑requisite.
  • Must come from a strong asbestos technical, management, and commercial background – good operations skills.
  • Must have exceptional prior experience working within this role and within the asbestos market.
Main Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the running of the operations in the offices – regional.
  • Ensuring contract operations are co‑ordinated with clients and are efficiently carried out in accordance with site operations and company procedures.
  • Managing staff on site and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety procedures.
  • Producing method statements, risk assessment and associated site paperwork.
  • Assisting with tenders and quotations.
  • Developing and training the team and managing the office.
  • Managing existing and new portfolio of contracts.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationship with the company’s clients.
  • Promoting and growing the business.
