Job summary

The Erith Group's asbestos division is expanding in London, the South East, and Wakefield. We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager to coordinate multi-site projects, ensuring safe, compliant delivery from mobilisation to closeout.

You'll lead site teams, manage client relationships, and oversee Plans of Work, risk assessments, and method statements in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Join a supportive, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of asbestos management experience.
• Extensive experience with asbestos legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, literacy and organisational skills.
• Ability to run multiple projects across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos removal contracts from mobilisation to completion.
• Plan and coordinate labour, supervision, plant, equipment and resources across projects.
• Ensure compliance with Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSE guidance.
• Review Plans of Work, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Monitor programme, costs, productivity and contract performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and principal contractors.
• Conduct site visits with supervisors to uphold safety and quality.
• Identify and manage operational, contractual and health & safety risks.
• Lead, support and develop site teams with required competence.
