The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a bid manager, consistently winning bids and managing the bid process from start to finish. Experience & Qualifications

• Proven track record in bid management within the asbestos, construction, compliance or legionella industry
• Excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
• Industry‑relevant qualification is a benefit
• Hands‑on experience within the asbestos industry is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage people efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to manage workload in line with company and client needs

The Role

• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the entire bid process from planning to submission
• Coordinate and prepare high‑quality bids that are competitive and compliant with client requirements
• Analyse tender documents and identify clients' key requirements
• Continuously develop and maintain comprehensive bid templates
• Conduct extensive research to support bid strategies
• Review and edit bid documents to ensure consistency and compliance
• Submit bids in a timely manner
• Track and report on bid outcomes, integrating feedback for future bids
• Stay up to date with industry changes, including marker conditions and competitor activity
• Maintain excellent working knowledge of relevant health and safety guidelines
• Work closely with clients, providing support and advice
