Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio of partners, Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to join our technical team to carry out site working on behalf of our regional offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• In accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide, carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types.
• Reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other consultancies).
• Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects.
• Supervision of asbestos removal projects.
• Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy services.

Person Specification

The candidate(s) will hold, as a minimum, BOHS P402 (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent) and possess the following attributes:

• Preferably two years relevant industry experience.
• Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG 248 & HSG 264.
• Excellent communication, client liaison and report‑writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detail.
• Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Have an excellent understanding of health and safety with respect to asbestos‑related works.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Full driving licence.
• IT literate (experience of Teams would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given).
