Job summary

Randstad UK are partnering with a private equity-backed UK safety and compliance consultancy to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst across the North East. The role offers a quality-first environment with exposure to major commercial estates and infrastructure, with integrated base salary reflecting travel time.

Key requirements include BOHS P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent), a valid CSCS card, and a Full UK Driving Licence. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent) required.
• Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a UKAS-accredited consultancy environment.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4-stage clearances, re-occupation testing, background sampling, and leak testing.
• Oversee site abatement schemes and liaise with LARCs and duty holders.
• Generate digital air monitoring reports and site schematics using handheld tablet software.
• Maintain UKAS accreditation standards, equipment calibration, and internal QA/QC schemes.
