Qualifications

• Essential qualifications in BOHS P402, P403, and P404.
• Minimum two years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSG: 248 and HSG: 264.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice and consultancy services.
• Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
• Carry out reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys.
• Undertake air monitoring and inspection services.
• Oversee asbestos removal projects for compliance.
