• In-depth knowledge of HSG:248 guidelines and confidence in all Asbestos Analyst duties.
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to commute as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform key tests, including 4-stage clearances, smoke, background, visual air, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
• Ensure compliance with UKAS legislation and industry best practices.
• Produce detailed on-site air quality reports for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contractors, and the public.
