Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Project Coordinator
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits: £19k – £26k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Administrator through to Lead Asbestos Administrator

Profile: Long standing UKAS Accredited Consultancy now seeking an experienced Administrator/ Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. The client offers the full range of Surveying, Analytical and Laboratory testing services, and would be keen to attract a candidate with good previous experience in either Consultancy or Removals.

Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Birmingham, West Bromwich, Walsall, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Solihull.

Experience & Qualifications
  • A track record in coordinating Surveying, Analytical or Removal projects for clients.
  • Experience in using MS Office, TEAMS, TRACKER or internal Asbestos package.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build strong working relationships with clients.
  • We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP.
Key Role Aspects
  • Acting as the first point of call for the client and coordinating projects for both housing and commercial clients from start to finish.
  • Scheduling in works for a team of site staff, both reactive and preplanned.
  • Confirming appointments with tenants and site contacts.
  • Drawing plans by use of Visio/CAD.
  • Receiving survey data and typing reports.
  • Liaising with surveyors regarding anomalies.
  • Quality checking of Survey reports and sending to clients within agreed SLA’s.
  • General administrative duties where required.
