A professional, well respected and expanding Asbestos Consultancy based in West Yorkshire are now recruiting an Asbestos Administrator. You will be joining their busy and friendly team and will ideally have experience working within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. You will be responsible for ensuring that internal systems are up to date and accurate, scheduling in jobs, arranging accommodation and ensuring smooth running of asbestos projects. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wakefield, Bradford, Bradley, Morley, Cleckheaton, Huddersfield, Keighley, Halifax, Dewsbury, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Will have experience working within an administrative tole, ideally within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
  • Good IT skills, able to update and accurately input information.
  • Able to communicate with client and colleagues of all levels efficiently via phone, email and face to face.
The Role
  • Scheduling teams of Asbestos Surveyors and Site Analysts
  • Booking accommodation when required.
  • Using internal systems to log all incoming jobs and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with clients to confirm work due to be carried out.
  • Booking in work upon confirmation of work to be carried out.
  • Ensuring all systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Raising purchase orders in a timely manner upon completion of work.
  • Ensuring to finalise reports using information submitted from site staff, prior to submitting to clients.
  • Ensuring smooth day to day running of the office by carrying out general administrative duties such as making / answering phone calls, sending emails, carrying out effective control of company documents, and filing / scanning documents.
