Responsibilities

  • Participating in multi-agency working with internal and external partners.
  • Using initiative to effectively case manage a range of ASB cases.
  • Managing ASB cases in line with legal frameworks.
  • Identifying and managing risk levels in ASB cases.
  • Planning and prioritising to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Attending partnership meetings and community engagement events.
  • Providing support to domestic abuse survivors.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting vulnerable residents.

London Borough of Enfield are searching for the latest member of their ASB Team.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, driven to help improve resident’s lives and wants improve our local communities.

Are you highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and risk assess within a fast-paced environment? Do you have good interpersonal skills and take pride in your ability to make a difference in communities?

Responsibilities
  • Participating in multi-agency working, with internal and external partners.
  • Using your initiative to effectively case manage a range of ASB cases, from first report to conclusion of the case, including legal action when required.
  • Managing ASB cases in line with the incremental approach, using your knowledge of legal and statutory frameworks.
  • Identifying and managing risk levels of all parties involved in an ASB Case.
  • Planning and prioritising effectively to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
  • Attending partnership meetings and community engagement events.
  • Providing support and sign posting to domestic abuse survivors.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting vulnerable residents.

You will be required to pass an enhanced DBS.
