We're currently supporting foran Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a well-known Housing Association in Bath on a temporary contract until the end of March!

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with at least 2 days per week home-working. Hourly rates for this role will be negotiable dependent upon experience but will be around the £36,000 per annum equivalent mark.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage a caseload of complex ASB cases with a primary focus on securing and enforcing court injunctions and property access orders to protect communities and ensure compliance with tenancy conditions
  • Prepare and present high-quality legal case files, including witness statements, evidence bundles, risk assessments, and instructions to solicitors, ensuring cases meet evidential and procedural standards
  • Lead on court proceedings and hearings, acting as the organisation's representative, liaising with legal services, and providing clear guidance to internal teams on outcomes and next steps
  • Coordinate property access action, including lawful entry processes, notices, and enforcement, working closely with housing management, contractors, and legal teams to secure access safely and proportionately
