Training will be provided; the role offers a supportive environment, brand‑new offices, and strong development opportunities in a fast-paced studio. The position is office-based with regular hours.

ARTWORKER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Walton-on-Thames, Surrey | Office Based | £25,000–£30,000 DOE

Are you a creative, detail-focused designer who loves seeing your artwork come to life?

Our client is a dynamic and growing company, recently relocated to brand-new offices in Walton-on-Thames. They are looking for a talented Artworker / Graphic Designer to join their friendly team and play a key role in bringing client brands and creative ideas to life.

With Hersham Train Station close by, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their design career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the project and sales teams, you’ll create and prepare high-quality artwork for print and production, working predominantly on wayfinding strategies, mapping and visual communication projects.

You’ll take client briefs and turn them into accurate, professional artwork that is ready for production.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create & design – Produce clear, engaging visuals and layouts tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate – Work closely with the sales and project teams to understand briefs and deliver work to deadlines.
Quality check – Carefully review artwork for layout, scaling, spelling and overall accuracy before production.
Prepare for production – Organise, manage and prepare digital artwork files ready for manufacturing.
Bring ideas to life – Help transform client branding and concepts into professional finished products.

YOUR DESIGN SKILLS

Our client is looking for someone with a good understanding of design software. Experience with the following would be ideal:

Adobe Illustrator – Highly preferred
CorelDRAW – A major plus
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Acrobat

Don’t have experience with their specific production processes? No problem! Full training will be provided. They are looking for someone with strong core design skills, creativity and excellent attention to detail.
