Qualifications

• 5–7+ années d'expérience en artwork en agence ou en interne.
• Expérience avérée dans la création d'illustrations et de livrables imprimés et numériques.
• Aisance avec l'apprentissage et l'intégration de nouveaux outils IA et workflows.
• Bonne maîtrise des guidelines de marque et de l'identité visuelle.

Responsibilities

• Produire des artworks sur différents supports en respectant les standards de la marque.
• Gérer les délais et la charge de travail en collaboration avec le lead des ressources.
• Collaborer avec les designers, rédacteurs et équipes client pour faire évoluer les concepts.
• Présenter les livrables et développer les relations avec les parties prenantes.

This role requires someone who can work efficiently across multiple digital and print outputs, ensuring all assets are produced accurately and to a high standard.Our culture is one of collaboration and teamwork, you'll collaborate with designers, copywriters and the client service team to evolve B2B creative concepts into artwork.As our offering if full service, the projects range across a broad-spectrum including; Brand Identity and design systems, Advertising, Social, Film and animation, Sales materials and presentations, Events, ABM and CRM.The ideal candidate is highly organised, technically strong, and comfortable working within established brand guidelines while supporting fast-paced creative workflows. **Key responsibilities****Attention to detail:** Producing artwork across multiple media, with the detail our clients require. This will be about making sure the supplied design work is ‘on point’ from a technical POV, but also using an understanding of client brand guidelines.**AI**Whilst creating artwork using traditional software from the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, we are now being increasingly asked to work in the new ai tools, including Adobe Express and Gen Studio. We also have a very impressive ai tool bespoke to Havas, that would be a requirement to learn and use. **Stewardship:**Establish and maintain artwork standards, processes, and best practices Also, you will be expected to share knowledge with design team about best practice.**Partnership:**Present work and grow relationships with stakeholders and clients.Drive innovation in artworking approaches and methodologies.**Operations**Manage artwork workflow, timelines, and liase with resource lead.Work with Client team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.**You’ll need:**5-7+ years of artwork experience within artworkProven track record of creating artwork and delivering exceptional workExperience in agency, in-house, or consulting environments**About you:**The ideal candidate is highly organised, technically strong, and comfortable working within established brand guidelines while supporting fast-paced creative workflows.
