Job summary

A recruitment agency in Northern Ireland is seeking a customer service representative to support the Arts Service. Responsibilities include administering events, handling customer inquiries, and managing databases. Qualifications

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a customer service environment or receptionist post.
  • Must provide original certificates as proof of all qualifications listed on CV.
  • Demonstrated experience if qualifications are not held.

Responsibilities

  • Operate booking/cash and room hire systems and maintain Arts Service programme information.
  • Update and maintain live events sections of the council’s websites.
  • Provide administrative support including customer database maintenance.
  • Conduct market research and marketing activities for promoting Arts Service.
  • Assist with security of exhibitions and council assets.
  • Prepare Island Arts Centre for programmed activities and events.
  • Comply with Health & Safety legislation and council policies.
  • Cover staff breaks and work unsociable hours when required.
