Time2Volunteer in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire is offering an enriching volunteer opportunity as an Arts and Crafts Volunteer. You'll help set up our Memory Cafe activities for individuals with memory issues and provide assistance during art and craft sessions. This role is perfect for those enthusiastic about arts, patient, and eager to contribute to the community.

Arts and Crafts Volunteers Memory Cafe

Starting Soon, Monday's between 10am and 4pm will be our memory cafe, a safe place for those with memory issues, such as dementia can come along and try some art and craft, giving carers a moment to get comfy on out sofas have a brew and relax, if event for just a few moments.

You'd need to be amazing art at art just enthusiastic and patient.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Helping to set up the room with various art and craft activities for the day, and ensuring they are 'topped up'
• Tidy up at the end of the day, or when someone need assistance.
• Assisting a person with memory issues with their art and craft activity.
