Responsibilities include managing the Roundhouse Resident Artists programme, facilitating and supporting the creative and professional development of emerging artists (18‑25 years old), championing the involvement of young people across the artistic programme, including the Centre59 company, the Roundhouse ThreeSixty Festival and the Studio Theatre seasons.

This role requires flexibility in days/hours worked throughout the week, with periods of regular in‑person evening and weekend work.

About You

The successful candidate should have experience managing creative training or talent development programmes, a deep commitment to facilitating the progression of young creatives and a strong background in and understanding of the creative industries.

Applicants must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one.
