Job summary

Few&Far is seeking 3 Lead AI Engineers to join a Sovereign AI environment, tackling LLM agents, RAG, knowledge graphs and AI systems across highly regulated sectors including defence, finance and policing. This is a fully remote role within the UK, with eligibility for security clearance (SC or DV) preferred.

The team will explore advanced LLM agents in production or near-production settings, focusing on robust tool use, agent orchestration and secure, regulated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engineers developing LLM agents and RAG architectures.
• Build AI systems for regulated and sovereign environments.
• Work on agent orchestration and tool integration.

I’m currently looking for 3x Lead AI Engineers to join an exciting Sovereign AI environment, working on advanced LLM agents, RAG, knowledge graphs and AI systems across highly regulated sectors including defence, finance and policing.

Fully remote

Active SC or DV ideally bur SC eligibility is essential

You’ll be working across:

• RAG / GraphRAG and hybrid retrieval
• Agent orchestration and tool use
• AI systems built for regulated and sovereign environments

I’m particularly interested in engineers who have built LLM agents in production or near-production environments, rather than purely prompt-focused experience.
