Art & Technology Teacher – Islington

What you’ll do:
  • Teach Art and Technology across KS3–4 (and potentially KS5), using project‑based learning to spark innovation.
  • Develop a curriculum blending conceptual thinking, design processes, and hands‑on creation.
  • Collaborate with a supportive department, sharing ideas and best practice.
  • Play a full part in school life — supporting clubs, showcasing student work, and contributing to the school’s creative culture.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or strong interest in Art & Technology.
  • Passionate about using materials, tools, digital technologies, and design to engage learners.
  • Skilled at supporting students of all abilities, fostering confidence and achievement.
  • Creative, organised, reflective, and committed to contributing beyond the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
