You will assist in classes, prepare materials, maintain the studio, manage inventory, and help organize displays. A background in art and education, strong organization, and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Art or Art & Design.
• Experience in an educational setting is desirable.
• Ability to maintain the Art studio and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers during art lessons and support students.
• Prepare and set up art materials and equipment for lessons.
• Maintain the art studio and ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage the inventory of art supplies and order new materials as needed.
• Support students in using equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist in creating displays of student artwork and organizing exhibitions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, photocopying, and filing.
