Crosshill School, part of Oak Learning Partnership, is seeking an Art Teacher/Instructer to deliver an inclusive Art curriculum for students, including those with SEND. You will foster confidence, creativity, and self-expression through diverse techniques and adapt lessons to individual needs, celebrating progress for every pupil.

The role requires excellent classroom practice, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with pupils with SEND is essential.
• Strong knowledge of art education and curriculum development.
• Commitment to inclusive education and positive relationships with students.

• Support individual learning needs and celebrate achievement at every stage.
• Create opportunities across drawing, painting, sculpture, textiles, mixed media and digital art.
