Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include a degree in an appropriate discipline related to the relevant subject and a teaching qualification coupled with QTS.
• Recent and relevant teaching experience (either in employment or training) and experience of assessment at Key Stage 3 and 4.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality learning using a range of teaching strategies to support student success.
• Utilise Assessment for Learning (AfL) to continually improve performance.
• Use student level data to identify areas for development and raise standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Art and Technology Faculty to share good practice.
